Delete your AstroHarvest account and data

Last updated: 25 October 2026

The short version: AstroHarvest signs you in with Google Play Games automatically when your phone has it, and that account holds your cloud saves. You can delete the account and everything stored with it from inside the game, or by emailing us with your Player ID. If you have never been signed in, there is no account and nothing of yours is stored anywhere but your own phone.

Who this covers

This page applies to the AstroHarvest mobile game (package com.astroharvest.app), published by ASTROHARVEST LLC. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which describes what is collected and why.

If you have never been signed in

Then you do not have an account and we hold nothing tied to you. Your saved games live on your device only. Uninstalling the game, or deleting a save inside it, removes them. Gameplay statistics and crash reports are not linked to an account (see the table below), so there is nothing for us to look up or delete.

Deleting your account from inside the game

  1. Open AstroHarvest.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Cloud Save.
  3. Choose Delete Account and Cloud Data.
  4. Confirm. The account and everything stored with it are deleted immediately.

Your saved games on that device are not touched by this: they stay on your phone until you remove them yourself. Deleting the account only removes what is stored online.

Deleting your account by email

You can also ask us, and you do not need to reinstall the game to do it. Email beat@astroharvestgame.com with the subject Delete my AstroHarvest account and include your Player ID.

Your Player ID is a code like AH7K-3MQ9-TD4X-8PRW, shown in the game under Settings → Account → Player ID (there is a COPY button). It is how we find your account: Google Play Games sign-in does not give us your email address, so we cannot look you up by email.

If you no longer have the game and do not know your Player ID, email us anyway with your Google Play Games player name, roughly when you last played, and anything you remember about your saves (how far you got, ships you owned). We will do our best to find the account from that, and we will tell you if we cannot.

We will confirm within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask a question only the owner of the account could answer, because deleting the wrong person's saved games would be worse than a delay.

What is deleted, and what is kept

DataWhat happens
Your account identifier and sign-in record Deleted
Cloud saved games, including every save slot and its progress Deleted
Save slot names you chose Deleted
Your Player ID (support code) Deleted
Our record of the gift codes your account redeemed Deleted
Our record of your purchases (which items, when, and Google's purchase token) Deleted. If you bought Ad-free, Google Play still knows, and signing in again restores it.
Saved games on your own device Not touched. They are yours and stay on your phone until you remove them.
Gameplay statistics and crash reports Collected per device under a random app-instance ID, not linked to your account or name, so we cannot pick yours out to remove them. Firebase keeps them for up to 14 months.
Purchase records held by Google Play Kept by Google, not by us. We never see or store card details. Google retains transaction records for its own legal and tax obligations, and their deletion is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

Deleting your account does not refund purchases

Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy, not by us. Two things behave differently and it is worth knowing which is which:
